How our Remote Ultra Height work began and
how it is evolving:
I
don't know when I conducted my first Ultra Height® (UH) hypnosis
session, but it was probably around 2001. At first I did those
sessions much just like Jerry Kein's video (can be found at:
www.omnihypnosis.com ). Then a couple of years ago I looked into
James Ramey's Ultra Depth® (UD) method
www.ultradepth.com I like lots more information and communication
than you typically get in UD, so it didn't really click for me, but the
pearl I plucked from that method was the part where James used an
assistant, who was preconditioned for rapid movement into UD. He would
lay her and a client on the office floor (with pillows and blankets,
holding hands) and with the client only in a light to medium state of
trance and use keywords to take his assistant to UD and then have her pull the
client into UD with her. So, I kind of blended this method of UD with
UH.
To back up a bit, I had been working with a woman who channels and a
friend (Karla) got a reading from that group and afterward she said,
"I'd love to channel. “ I said, "Careful what you ask for because it's
easy to begin channeling with hypnosis. In the space between lives we
can talk to anyone, so if you and I just intend to contact a group of
like mind and intent, with an interest only in serving the highest good,
a group will be happy to form for that purpose.” So, we set up a
session for that and since she also has a particular interest in healing
(we both are 3rd level Reiki practitioners) we asked that the group have
a healing presence as well. The channeling was set up to be brief,
daily messages that were typed at her computer, but we had many live
sessions and conversations with that group as well (
www.jovius.org )
So, since we worked together a lot I asked if she would be interested
in trying out this blending of UH and UD and she was. We brought in
someone I'd worked with before (who had some medical issues) and I used
the prearranged keywords to take Karla to UH. The client was also in
light hypnosis and I had her follow along and get as far as she could.
Then I had Karla, who was holding the clients hand, pull her the rest of
the way up into UH, with her. By the way, they were both in chairs and
not lying on the floor. Anyway, I had Karla tell me what was going on
and did all my communication through her. The client was just along for
the ride and never had to speak through the whole session. But,
afterward, they reported seeing the exact same things and having the
same feelings...
We got pretty remarkable results right from the start and did many of
these sessions in the same manner. One day I was sending distance Reiki
to my daughter in San Diego (I'm in Ohio) and I started wondering why I
couldn't do the same kind of UH session without the client actually
being present. I mean, they were just like a lump in the chair anyway
and if there really is no separation in time and space, why not try this
remotely? Karla wasn't too big on the idea because she liked the
physical connection, but her close friend had been in deep depression
for months and Karla could not get her to come in to do a live session.
All her friend could do was drag herself to work and go home and lie in
the fetal position.
So, we did our first remote session for the friend and the next day at
work she was SO much better that she readily agreed to come in for a
live UH/UD session. It was after that session that I realized the work
had been done the night before and that live session was just going
through the motions. We did more and more of these remote UH sessions
and were getting great results, but some people would quickly relapse.
So, with that background, I'll explain how the actual healing happens.
Karla frequently described how the persons guides would jump for joy
when we brought the client up, into UH. With me needing lots of info, I
started quizzing them and they told me that everyone's guides are always
chomping at the bit to help us, but above all else they respect our free
will choice. If we don't ask for their help, if pains them, but they
don't interfere (take our power). I wasn't and still am not clear on
how me doing the asking, for the client, cut the guides loose, but it
did. We were trying to work remotely on someone about that time and
Karla wasn't getting anything, so I was drawn to tell her to ask for the
person's soul's permission to do this work and then we had full
cooperation. I started asking the souls permission with everyone and
all of a sudden our success rate shot way up. Somehow that permission
from their soul kicked the doors open on the whole process. But, there
was still this occasional relapse thing.
When I asked about that, the guides told me these long-term issues form
an energetic imprint. Kind of a pattern with almost a life of it's
own. And, in those cases, they would suggest we encourage the client to
ask for their soul's permission, several times a day (at least morning,
mid-day and night), and then ask their guides to continue this work.
The guides also suggested that we do this ourselves as well. And, I
honestly believe that even without UH we can all pause and ask and then
be specific about what we are asking for. In other words, persistence
will overcome the imprint, pattern, or secondary gain...
OK, so what actually happens in a session to create the healing? Hell
if I know! Just kidding (but not completely :)
At first Karla would scan the physical body of someone with a physical
issue and she would describe what she saw to me. So, lets say we had
someone with depression and she told me there was something like a metal
shield around the person that was meant to protect, but it was just
locking the fear inside. I would say something like, "ask the guides if
they can use some kind of etheric corrosive agent to dissolve this
shield?” They would usually say yes and then I would ask them to go
ahead and do that. After a while, when this kind of thing would happen,
Karla would tell me they're already doing that. She would identify what
she saw and they were already on it (I guess that began about the time I
asked for the soul's permission).
I started wondering what I was there for? I was feeling like a
really important part of the process and began to realize I wasn't squat
:) So, I would say, well, if they've got this covered, can we move
on to someone else while they keep working? They said, "Sure!”
That's how we were able to roll through lots of people and whole
families in a single session. Six to 12 is normal, but we've done
work on many more than that
sometimes. I really think this method will eventually work for large
groups, or even whole populations.
Another turning point, around this time, was how we approached the
person's "bodies.” If they had a physical problem I always had Karla
scan their physical body and tell me what she saw. If it was
depression, anxiety, a phobia, or something like that I asked her to
scan their emotional body. The guides were patient with me, but
eventually they told me that everything is controlled by the emotional
body, so we rarely focus on the physical body, now. They work on it,
but they always do the emotional body first, or sometimes some of the
guides work on the emo body while others work on the physical.
So, what do we see? Two things seem really important. The emotional
body and how grounded the person is. We might see an emotional body
that is fragmented, wavy, like a puddle, totally, or partially outside
the person's physical body, whatever. We've learned (by asking the
guides) what these metaphorical images mean. They will sometimes scrape
up the puddle and pour it back into the physical body and encircle it
with gold cord to lash it back together and then prop it upright. Or,
stitch together the fragments of the emo body first. Then they'll work
on the physical body. Shoot a huge red rod of light down through the
person's root chakra to ground them like a stake (red is the color
associated with the root chakra, so I guess that's why they use that
color). Or, they will sometimes accomplish the grounding by bringing
out roots, like a tree, or cover their feet in sand, whatever. We've
seen hundreds of different approaches to all this and I have to believe
the guides know just the right way for this person, so I just facilitate
the process.
They might fill the person with pink light, which we now know means
love and they do this a lot for those who most need self-love. They
will use green, or blue light when sending healing to the physical
body. Gold only recently started coming in and they use it for lots of
issues. White light is often the first color they use and it also has
multiple uses.
The big thing that helps with this kind of remote healing is getting
the person you work through (the assistant who is in UH) to tell you
everything they see and not try to have all the answers before they
share information. I remind them that this comes through them and not
from them, so they can't screw it up. I follow my intuition and ask,
ask, ask, the guides what everything means and what is the best way to
proceed. I get as many clients as possible to also ask (for their souls
permission and then ask their guides to continue the work) frequently
during the day. There are times, however, when we work off referrals
for people who are not at all open to this kind of stuff, so we do what
we can without their help. That's the way it goes :)
Another important point... After working on hundreds of people we've
found that they are always drinking WAY too little water. Their kidneys
often look like raisins and energy can't flow in a dry body. They drink
coffee, tea and soda, but very little water. They think they get enough
fluids, but coffee and tea are diuretics and actually deplete the body
of fluids and soda is full of phosphates, acid and sugar (12 teaspoons
per can), or worse, aspartame which is now implicated in MS, diabetes,
neurological disorders and tons of other ailments (see the movie, Sweet
Misery: A Poisoned World and here's a video trailer:
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-396422306161783858 ) So, if
you have personal health and emotional challenges, try working up to a
gallon of non-chlorinated water a day...
I have not tried to do remote uh alone, but knock yourself out if that
sounds like a good idea. I think it's helpful for someone in the UH
state to have an anchor, or guide, but maybe you can remember the dozen
names on your list and take notes while in UH, but I can't! :)
